It took 3 months and a lot of out of pocket money. Ever time we thought the loan was going to be finalized we needed something else to be done. It would have made things a lot easier if we had been given a full list of things to be completed right at the first. Diana was great in explaining things. Jose was also good. Fairly easy process using current technologies when submitting a “full-doc” application to refi. Got slogged-down during the underwriters phase though and seemed to be a very long delay...perhaps the refi crunch load along with fortified regulations since the 2008 housing debacle are to blame.
