The experience was really good and the communication was great. The past experiences I had were horrible. When talking with Jonathan the first day and explaining what had happened previously he was very understanding and insured me that those mistakes would not be made here and he kept his word. We recently had a discharged bankruptcy, we weren't sure if we would be able to refi our home and access a little equity to do home renovations, Russ Miller at New American came highly recommended to us and he/they made the process pretty easy.
