I really appreciated how knowledgeable Craig was throughout all aspects of my loan process. He was responsive and quick to give me feedback when needed. I also enjoyed the reassurance through the process. There was a lot of information I had to supply but the organized way in which Craig and his team gathered information was extremely helpful!
