Communication was terrible. Loan officer and processor would never answer phone or emails. I had to evolve my broker to help speed up the transactio/process of replying because the risk of making our clients homeless. Sent three emails on day to get confirmation on re- appraisal and didnt didn't receive anything till several days layer. It could of been avoided to extend the closing. Terrible customer service and support.

A complete lack of communication! I'm 62yrs old, I understand things have changed, but certain situations should be handled by a phone call and not an email. I could go into greater detail, but I feel like why bother typing a response. The fact you counting characters says it all. If you really care, someone is welcome to call me and I will be more than happy to explain my frustrations.

If it wasn’t for Jan at NAF, I would rate this lending institution no stars. Jan remained professional, communicative, and courteous throughout the process. Chris and the rest of his staff lacked common courtesy- never returning phone calls and never available. Terms continued to change without explanation and my client felt profiled. As a 12 year active duty officer, the client was constantly being asked for additional information as well as documentation AFTER closing. We asked the real estate agents on duty (Penny Hayes at Fern Dale in Fairburn GA) was this normal and she said they had never asked anyone else to do this before and she hasn’t seen this happen in 10+ years. It was done without explanation. It’s disheartening to know that predatory behavior still exists, especially to our young minority groups who serve this country. The transaction should have been a lot smoother for several different reasons. I would not recommend NAF for lending or Liberty Communities.

Lack of transparency on "fees", overwhelm of documents, most expensive way of buying a home. It was not a "straightforward" closing process. Would not recommend.

Myst ve some bought reviews hands down. These people suck. They will ask you how you would like your correspondence and ignore it then call you 700 times a day. No good company is that desperate and after bringing it to their attention they removed my inquiry and ignored it so bad review well deserved. Be very careful with these people. Don't trust them

Communication was bad, everyone was going through me yall didn't put stuff in group emails so everyone was able to see all conversations so I had to get ahold of everyone. Lack of communication made the process longer. Nobody could get ahold of anyone on time. In the end Noone told me stuff ahead of time like about the form of payment so I could have that ready. Or the fact that I needed to bring my ID with me. If communication was what it was supposed to be we could have closed on time instead of keep on postponing because something went wrong because we weren't told. Communication is key.

Communication is key in any interaction. Dylan started off our interaction doing well in communicating. Once a certain point was reached, however, he was unreachable. There was no explanation as to his silence. I have yet to receive any sort of communication from him regarding the last voicemail I left him. Obviously, we are beyond the point where any information he might provide is no longer necessary, but it would have been courteous for him to at least attempt to respond. I am, by no means, requiring any sort of response from him at this point.

Was sent documents with no one available to ask questions, created a lot of unnecessary stress and anxiety. Started with being available in the evenings as it worked best for me, then was unable to reach Shan after 430pm. Would leave emails, calls and texts unanswered. Loan processing was pushed to be moved up then was left to the last minute. Constantly concerned we would be unable to purchase the home. Just not a good experience. The external services provided though was wonderful. My real estate agent, referral coordinator, conceriege and matic reps were wonderful.
