Sam and Brian were responsive and knowledgable in all matters. If there was uncertainty when a question was asked they got clarification and didn't try to pass off something they guessed at as a matter of fact. I would happily go through the transaction with them all over if I had to so it again.

Good communication-However, leading to us moving forward with your team (when we were “shopping for rates”) your response time was not timely at all. Given this was my third time purchasing a home I just needed straight forward answers on rates/conditions, less on “what made your team different than the others.” But once we locked in with you the service was wonderful.
