Bobby was easy to work with and communicated clearly and met all the deadlines. I have revised my prior review due to the company selling my mortage prior to the first payment. I would not have considered Amcap if they had stated this. I understand it's common practice but it's a hassle as a client. The new company requires payment by check which is a hassle and increases the chances of a possible late payment.

Scott and his team were awesome. My husband and I are 1st home buyers; we were very nervous to take on this overwhelming process, but Scott made the process run very smoothly for us.
