James is intelligent and picks up his phone when I call, which is often not the case with many professionals in our industry. The only reason I gave a four for "how likely I would recommend.." is because I'm in OH and James is in CA and the timezone difference sometimes makes things difficult; something completely out of his control. This was a very crazy deal with a lot of obstacles to overcome and James and his team made it happen. Thank you for all your hard work!
