1. As an existing customer, I thought I was to get notified if interest rates were lower. 2. It took several attempts at contacting Chris to ask about lowered rates. I tried emails, texts, phone calls, and no response. I had to get a quote from a competitor to receive an immediate reply. No sooner than I press send on that email, does my phone ring. I get that everyone during this time is busy, but it seemed I had to go to the extreme to get any reply. Everything else with the process went well.

I felt like I wasn’t kept in the loop. I would go weeks and not hear from anyone. Also, your website, the actual tool you use to submit documents is terrible. It doesn’t let you review what you have sent and it’s not very user friendly. Take a look at how quicken loans website is, irs outstanding. Honestly, if I could have gotten a better rate with them, I would have used them. At this point I would not recommend your company.

The webpage to upload information could be more user-friendly. Once Brittani turned the refi over to her colleagues, the communication was poor. I had to reach out many times for updates, and resending the same update request in order to get answers.

What we would have really really liked is if there had been a time where we all sat down, discussed options and figured out what was best for us, in person. Personal connection is huge in business transactions and we were frustrated that we didn't receive much of that. We also felt like we were scrambling most of the process and honestly didn't feel good about anything that was going on until we closed. The process was quick, but it was not painless- therefore our experience was just okay.

Closing fell apart. Did not hit closing date but what was worse is the lack of communication on the status of the closing date. Total disregard for the clients need to plan for signing documents. Disorganization at the end where we has to stop what we were doing the day before to send a letter saying things were still ok . Note on the status of the loan process is worthless as it is too late to be of use.
