Todd was polite, very knowledgeable, and always answered our questions promptly. Explaining the costs of buying a house to people who are new to this is not easy, but he helped us with every single figure we did not understand. He also had immediate and clear explanations during the loan application process when certain questions or information required didn't initially make sense.

Mr. Blake and his staff were very professional and courteous in every aspect of the loan approval process. They provided timely updates and were responsive to all inquiries that I presented to them. There were some factors outside of their control that slowed the process somewhat but they managed to work around it. The overall experience was what I expected from a reputable company.
