the first processor left the company in the middle of the process. i had to start over with a new processor making the work for me double what it should be. the closing was delayed twice as a result. However, the new processor Michele is so much better than the first one and this is making my new loans work faster.

Steve was very efficient and informative. My huge regret is that Jose Rodriguez Flores took over the account. He was disrespectful to all parties, shared other applicants personal information with me and our closing was delayed 4 times.

Mr.Steve, was consistent with his follow up and able to clarify in the moment my concerns. He kept communication with my realtor consistently. You need to work with your loan department, they need to be able to follow up with customers and keep them informed of the process . Mr. Steve, was excellent.

I started out with another agent and he took a lot more time to get back to me. Once I was transferred to Steve it was so much faster. He always called or emailed me back the same day and I feel like he gave me a much better experience. I like when I don't have to keep checking my email's all the time to see if he got back to me because if I didn't answer the email he would call me that same day.
