I like how the chart showed where the loan was in progress. At the end, I wanted to know if everything was all set. I didn’t notice something that said the status was approved until after I asked where it was at. I’m glad everything worked out and would recommend Masato!

I found Masato Mackus to be polite, well-organized and easy to communicate with during the process of financing our home. I was given clear instructions regarding what documents to provide. I did not have to send anything more than once. He told us what steps were involved in financing our home and kept us informed regarding our progress. Phone calls were either answered, returned shortly after or answered via email in a timely manner. Only issue was time zone. He's based in CA and we are in GA
