The way Kathy went out of her way to explain everything to me she make sure I understand what the point is how it work and explain what is best for me and the future of my mortgage. I explain to Kathy that I didn't want to have a big mortgage monthly payment and she work with me to keep my monthly payment to the maximum that I told her I could come up without stress.
