There were many issue with the loan process that we were quite frustrated about. 1. The process was quite lengthy and required me to send multiple times certain paperwork like my pay stubs, confirmation of employment, etc, sometimes within 1-2 weeks of each other. The closing was frankly a mess and should never happen to anyone else. We had to reschedule our closing 4 times because the paperwork was wrong. That is unsatisfactory.

My refinance was a simple one. The problem I experience was that I was not comfortable with the way my options were presented to me. There were several conventions with Hunter on intrest rates with other types of loans. I know how to do math. Hunter made me feel like I only had one option. He was hard to comuacate with in a timely maner, ie.. email, phone calls.

Michael was decent in communication but Ryleigh Rose was unprofessional. Ryleigh was out of the office a lot, slow to process my documents and inaccurate in her reviews. My credit was ran three times (over a 45 day period). I was giving closing documents with an estimated closing date in May and a first payment on July 1st, but I did not find out until closing (which happened on 5/31 since I pushed Ryleigh's boss) that I had less than 30 days from the loan funding for my first payment due date.

My first loan officer was all of a sudden gone. When I logged into the portal, he was still attached to my account. Other than a voicemail, I had no idea he had been replaced. Ali could have sent an email. Overall I found communication to be generally lacking. For a significant financial transaction, I expected a lot more. My loan details changed without any notice. The portal is minimally functional & provides no actual loan status information. I should have gone with Better.com.

The communication near the end of closing time was not the best. I wasn’t informed of when to get the check ready or if it should be wired and I had to ask specific questions without it given proactively.

The service I received was not the best service I have received. It was a service that was expected. There are few improvements that can be made on communication. But at the end the goal was reached with no issue

More communication. I was not completely displeased, but there were several times I had to work to pull information during the process rather than it being the other way around. In a previous transaction with this company it was a flawless, painless event. This was different though. No disrespect to anyone, it all came through at the end, but of the 4 houses I’ve purchased In my life, this was the least positive customer service I’ve experienced.
