I have nothing but good things to say about James Hutchins and Brian Kimball, however Lisa Stock made this the most stressful experience I have ever had in closing a loan. Her lack of customer service experience and her inability to respond to questions was never racking and caused unneeded stress thru the process. She would repeatedly ask for the same information over and over again never acknowledging when she did receive it. Hence never looking and understanding her emails. I am well aware I am not her only customer and I appreicate that but when you work with a person and you are dealing with their money and there home you better be clear, timely and have answers. I am still dealing with closing things that she told me would be taken care that were not. She is ill informed and made the experience very stressful. Have a heated conversation with her concerning me living in one state and working in another resulted in me having to send her google maps and finally I reached out to James so he could take care of it. Breaking down in tears out of pure frustration is not good customer service. That is by far my biggest complaint is her lack of just plain customer service.

There was a glitch at closing. It was not made clear that our $5000 down payment was credit to us. Our closing lawyer call 3 differnt people at your office and no one was available to ansewer. We had to get the owner of our law office to say we defintlly should get credit for the $5000. This was not Tanyaa's fault. She was very good at her part of this process.

Employees that were not trained properly, we lost money and time over this and even brought issues into my health day to day. Commnuication seems to not exist between departments much less different offices around the country. We were told one thing and then be left in the dark for days at a time until Jennifer came in when all the walls were falling inward. She did a very good job to get the derailed train back on the tracks again. Things became easier but the market had changed and we got caught in the middle.
