Communication with the underwriting/loan processing side was difficult. Kept needing more documentation, and more documentation. Theprocess was started in August and was completed on Mid December.

Sophia was good at answering questions and guiding us through the process. We received an excellent rate. Possible Improvements: Communication Asked to provide documents on very short notice. NAF told us one rate at the start, then quoted a higher. We had to push to get the originally rate. While we managed to quickly turn around paperwork in our court, there were times we were worried if NAF would process our loan before the rate quote expires. Overall: Loan processing is never fun.
