The overall experience was great. The knowledge and communication from Steve's team was also great. The only hesitation I had was over getting the Appraisal scheduled. The buyer paid to have it on a rush and we still had to have an extension and we barley got it in time. I know his team does not have complete control over when the appraisal gets ordered but it was extremely stressful for both myself and the buyers.
