Joshua was great to deal with from the very start and I would highly recommend him. The underwriting person Lori was challenging to work with and not very thorough or good at following up. There appeared to be some communication disconnection with her and everyone else.

Zo Actually answered the phone whenever we called. I believe we only had to leave a message once . And he was always answering our questions or he would call back once he found out what the answer was. Very pleasant experience.
