When it came to the final underwriting, we were barely getting any feedback. Items were being requested last minute (which i can understand but I think the items being requested could have been requested earlier) and I feel like there was lack of communication especially when it came to wanting to know when to set an appointment to close. Everything before that was great.

Brett was great and handled everything flawlessly. Unfortunately, Claudia was not. She was demanding, and wreckless with her tone in most emails. To facilitate a smooth process, I said nothing, but I wouldnt recommend anyone have to work with her, Brett was great.

Melyssa’s support staff lack sufficient knowledge of the client they serve. They repeatedly request information and documents that are not possible to gather. The experience with the support staff was average.
