Issues came up and were not communicated with me until I reached out on the status of my loan. Also deadlines were stated and passed without communication. Work in finding contractors were stated and never found until I found them. In the future I would say as a customer if you tell me you are going to do something you should either do it or communicate back to me.

This is my second experience with New American Funding. Reps are personable and easy to have conversations with. They provide good advice. Response time from reps could be a little better.

Stan was very helpful and quick helping us get a loan with our refi in Feb and recently. The issue was with the underwritter Toy on our recent refi. She did not seem to know exactly the procedures on our loan. I kept having to call and check on why certain things were being done. I'm an Asset Mgr for Fannie Mae and have been on the default REO side of the business for years. I understand the process. Our recent refi should have been very easy.
