Most of my communication was with team members of Chris not him directly. I was left off a lot of the communication, so when my clients would ask me about things I couldn't answer because I was aware that the action had been taken place.

I had little to no communication from lender. Broker agreement commission was not included and then when added the extra amount due at closing was not communicated to buyer which almost caused us to have to reschedule the closing. I think more communication with buyer's agent is key.

Better communication. Never had a problem with company. This was a simple refinance so we thought. Took 3 months to finally sign papers. Our first closing and this one , we had to wait for paperwork to arrive to the attorneys office.

There were some communication issues in the beginning with not being able to get in touch with Chris directly. And I would’ve appreciated being explained detail of process to where I knew everything that was going on. Rather than find questions to ask to understand. If it wasn’t for the last loan officer I had at another company I would’ve been way more lost or overwhelmed. You never know what you don’t know until you ask and it’s too late.

Better organization . Better and more up front communication. Getting to the closing table was crazy. Documents are there , we get there and there not there. It's better to plan for the worst and hope for the best!

Sometimes I felt like my opinion didn’t matter, especially when someone talks over you during your conversation. Slight rude but narcissists don’t see it that way.

As nice as Hope was, I felt sometimes her communication wasn’t the greatest and she made mistakes on our paperwork and did not explain it very well.
