I found Melissa extremely knowledgeable and professional. She was more accessible than many of the loan officers that I deal with on a daily basis. She answered her phone, emailed and returned any messages I left her timely. The issue I encountered was a comment she made to me when a certain part of the transaction did not go the way she thought it should on the agent side. She asked me if I was "fairly new" to the industry, insulting my 22 years of being a licensed principal broker and 13 years of being a real estate instructor. She did apologize for this statement and I feel that we are able to move on and work with one another again in the future.

Michael was great; he always made sure things were taken care of. The loan processor, Peyton worked really hard. The underwriter was unorganized and lacking clarity. Things were coming up at the last minute even though they had the file for 6 weeks.
