It was good until she had me to do wire transfer instead of casher check. The things she told me and things i actually had to do was totally different and i was very stressed out.

I don't think Brian was completely at fault. This survey is for the entire company. We didn't have clear to close when we went to closing. My buyers drove over an hour to get to closing and they had closed on their house that morning. We kept being told, "we are working on it." They even asked the title company if we could close later that day, (after we were there) which didn't make any difference because we weren't closing!! It was very frustrating! My buyers finally got to close the next day.

Communication was very very poor. Texts, calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered for days at a time or were never responded to at all. As a young, first time home buyer, this was extremely frustrating as we were seeking guidance or generally any sort of response at all and often would not receive anything.

While Dan was very coconscious and I appreciate his following up with me on a regular basis, your underwriters are the absolute worst I ever experienced. And this is coming from someone that has owned over 15 properties in the last 30 years. Whatever I sent to them was never enough.
