She rarely answered the phone for me or my realtor. I was always informed of things last minute. There were no updates to the contract sent to me until the last week of the closing process. They gave little to no information to my realtor, and I ended up having to relay most of the information to my agent instead. The final documents were poorly written, and the numbers on the contract didn’t match up until the week after we had closed. The closing amount I was informed of was not the correct amount, and it was like pulling teeth for the title company to get them to correct everything because it took multiple reprints and multiple emails. The only thing they had going correct is they were very patient with my frustration about it, and they were very flexible with working with me throughout the process when they were available.

Better communication, (I know Alex was away, so I don't blame him, the guy that took his place for a bit(Chad Davis) was not good. This whole process took way to long.

the company that did my closing at my house was pitiful at the best and we didn't even receive any copies of paperwork we signed at our house not very good in my opinion

Please take my statement constructively. We understand that you came in highly recommended by our realtor and she was awesome. We expected the same and maybe we should not have had that high of expectation. Our experienced with USA mortgage was not bad but it was not great or awesome as well. We also understand that the market is very busy and Dan and his team are probably juggling multiple client's at the same time and it is difficult to provide undevded attention to one client. We were not expecting them to give us their undecided attention, maybe just a little. I was mainly ticked of with one word or a few words answers to questions and inquiries we had that was important enough to ask and expected a decent answer other than "yep". Just sharing how unimportant we felt and that maybe the case because our loan was a minuscule amount I'm sure compared to others. It may just be us, and we were overly sensitive and expected our questions/inquiries taken seriously. Certainly did not feel that way with our interactions with the escrow company and definitely with out realtor agent, Judi Taulbee. She made us feel like we were her only client and she always had out best interest in mind. We felt she genuinely wanted to help us find the home that we would be very happy with. Thank you for your time reading this and hopefully future clients will be very happy and satisfied with their interactions with your team.

My loan processors and the underwriting department were unorganized, didn’t know what they wanted from me and were unresponsive. I also received a higher than the prevailing market interest rate. Will never use AmerSave again and won’t recommend to others.

All you have to do is read email chain between all of us. I am still not clear on builders insurance and why I took a 950 loan to cover it and the interest reserve account of 16000. With a one time close construction loan the buyer is not supposed to pay the interest. My first payment should have been when received the keys. So yea not happy. Also I completed the application on the 29th of January, but I did not know I needed a contract with builders until mid March. Things like this went on for 4 month's and I must have talked to 5 or 6 loan officers from NAF it was a sh** show Brian
