The communication through each stage of the process to manage my expectations on what each stage meant and what was needed to move to the next stage was fantastic. I was well informed at every step. My loan approval was smooth and Lauren made sure to watch the market for the best time for me to lock my mortgage rate. I couldn't ask for better! She also brought me flowers to celebrate my closing. She didn't know I have a blue glass vase collection- she happened to give me flowers in a blue glass vase! A very nice surprise on closing day and I enjoy looking at my flowers every day know when they are gone I will be able to add the vase to my collection.
