She helped me get a good rate & terms. From the very beginning she constantly kept me updated. She made sure the entire loan process was going smoothly. I was lucky to have her work on my loan. I'll definitely go back to her if a refi opportunity comes up.

Jenny (Yiling) has been a great help in getting my home mortgage refinanced. Since my work has me traveling often, it is difficult for me to sit down and have a proper discussion. Jenny has been very accommodating with my busy schedule. We talked on the phone a number of times and she helped guide and direct me to the right avenue for a refinance that worked for me. She's also fluent in Chinese so I will be sure to recommend her to my Chinese friends and clients.

She is kind to reply all my questions and find the best solutions. She will follow up with you if there is better rate to do the refinance. She can speak both English and Chinese which is easy to communicate.
