This is the 2nd time I've done this survey; please stop asking. The process took longer than it should have. Underwriting asked for the same documents (2-3 occasions) twice. The process appeared to be a stalling game. In one instance John stated the information being asked for by underwriting wasn't necessary, in the end I had to supply it. When I reached out to John on 2 occasions he didn't respond; claiming he was having trouble with his email.

I'm unsure if John was responsible but the approval process was tedious and repetitious. Underwriting was requesting the same documents 2-3 times. They asked for documents that John stated were not necessary, I ended up sending them after several requests. When I reached out to John on 2 occasions he did not respond, he said he was having problems getting emails. The entire approval process took over 60 days. Near the end, I was looking for another lender.

Felt left in the dark frequently about where in the process we were at and could rarely get ahold of anyone. No one would answer their phone and email responses frequently came after 5 PM when no action could be taken that day.

I am a small business and all my income comes from buying and selling real estate. I know my financial situation is different than most but it took 5 months to get loan approval.
