Summer sent us emails requesting items at sometimes 5:30 or even 6pm, and she requested items for that day to be turned in... which businesses are closed by this time. She called my landlord around 6 pm while he was eating dinner with his wife. I just feel like she could have done better communicating and requesting items. I get that we are in different time zones, but the loan processor should respect that. Summer was not a joy to work with and would be very demanding at unreasonable times. I also spoke with the Title Company on either the Wednesday or Thursday before we were to close on Friday (our original date). The title company told me they had no idea of our closing date. Jack was very pleasant and would explain things to us. He would call us back and would be involved with every email.
