Several times during the time I was waiting for approval I became frustrated when I was instructed by several emails to submit the same documents I had previously spent a great deal of effort and time to send. I rarely use the internet to send documentation so it was doubly difficult and upsetting to have to again gather the info I had already sent and resend it. I am not totally electronically challenged but I am a single 68 yr old and I have no one to assist me. Experience wasn't good.

Better communication from the loan officer not Laura. Laura was fine. There was a slight mixup in loan terms at closing and was a challenge to get answers and resolutions. All pertinent paperwork was not present at closing and had to be done afterwards.

While Ashley was knowledgeable and friendly; the details of timing and amount due to close were not accurate. Much of my disappointment also stems from the complete lack of communication from the loan processor Amber Montalvo.

Less than a week away from closing and you were still requesting documents. Five different people at different dates asking for information. Some of this information was random. Some was about relatives or properties to which I know nothing about. Hold third-party fact checkers accountable for inaccurate information. May I suggest that you make a list of information needed and that one person is responsible. Communicate this list early in the process. There is more but 500 character max.

I really can't comment on Kevin Miracle as we didn't have hardly any communication with him. We had a different agent who was wonderful but he left the company towards the end of our refinance. Kevin came in right at the end.
