Letty was WONDERFUL!!!! Truly went above and beyond for me. The underwriting process was horrendous. Carol was not helpful at all and the amount of documents she requested from me (last minute requests) was unacceptable. If it weren’t for carol, I would have had a much more pleasant experience. But again…Letty was the best.

Letty is great and AWESOME! However, The underwriting department was not great. The underwriter we had unnecessarily held up our closing, it was very frustrating. Also the appraisal and construction departments were very slow to complete their tasks.

Tonya was great as she made the process a little less stressful. She was the one I called when unreasonable things were being ask. At some point I thought we were not going to get cleared but with Tonya's assurance and assistance, I was less worried!
