Nathan is a very nice guy and very knowledgeable so this review is not a knock on him or his staff personally. My issues were more around the company and their disorganized way of doing things. Website issues Fees changed a number of times through the process and Nathan had to go back and fix a couple of times. My company Human Resources team made a point of telling me how poorly the back ground checks were managed. They had to resubmit information up to 7 times from what they told me.

Nice people. But, communication was off. I applied online and never heard from anyone within the. I had to give the office a call around a month later to get the process moving along. I had to initiate contact majority of the time. Also, it took a whole week to get a response/follow up to a question I had. Thank you for your teams time.

The communication with Rob at the beginning was great. Once the initial discussion was made the communication slowed to only a few emails. The calls that I got was to rush my answer when it had been less than 12 hours with the documents that could’ve been signed at any time before the loan closes. Underwriting was a painful process. I used to work in the industry and it could’ve been a lot more smooth. Title (I know a different company) was the worst at communication. No calls!

Chuck was great. He kept in communication with me on the process, however once the loan was submitted to the underwriter there was so much confusion and duplicate request for documents previously submitted. The close date was changed 5 times and no one could give me answers as to the delays.

Mr. Haddad was very pleasant but unable to perform certain tasks due to his company's policies. Too often he was not able to help until after he conferred with someone else. Telephone calls were very often sent to an answering machine with responses being slow in returning. It seems to me that many processes could be allowed to the agents. Perhaps if NAF reviewed their processes it would make the whole experience more pleasant for the agent and the client.

Communication was the greatest issue. Last minute adjustments with virtually no explanation did not help. There was some difficulty with staff as well. When we were asked to provide certain documentation and produced it, the nature of the request would change and we would have to dig for more documents. This happened more than once. Nevertheless, NAF rates were great, and at the end of the day Robert got the job done, which I am grateful for.
