Indy was very helpful throughout the whole mortgage process. Mine ended up with a unique situation. The closing was delayed due to a death on the seller's family side. Indy was very helpful in pushing my closing, was responsive to my calls and emails. A few times when I escalated issues to him, he was able to resolve them quickly. Especially for me it took 31/2months from starting to Closing ,but team is in touch with me on time to time. I got very good rate . Thanks to Indy Johar and his team I am still waiting for their offered $100 gift card for one week delay of closing by law firm.
