Overall, my experience with American Funding was excellent. From the beginning, we felt supported and well informed throughout the entire process. César was always attentive, patient, and willing to answer our questions. He kept us updated at every step and took the time to explain things to us over the phone whenever we needed guidance. Buying a home can be a stressful process, but his communication and availability made everything much easier and more pleasant for us. Yay. ??I closed on my duplex. I cannot say enough good things about Brandi Heinemeyer and her team at NAF. They truly went above and beyond for me throughout the entire loan process. This was not an easy process for me, and there were times when I felt completely overwhelmed and honestly wanted to give up. Brandi saw that and stepped in wherever she could. She advocated for me, fought battles on my behalf when she was able to, and became my voice when I needed someone in my corner. She didn't just process my loan—she genuinely cared about helping me get through it. What I appreciated most was the trust I developed in Brandi and her team. I knew that when they asked me for something or guided me in a certain direction, there was a reason behind it and they were working in my best interest. They explained things when I was confused, helped solve problems as they came up, and made an extremely stressful situation much easier to navigate. I would absolutely go back to Brandi for any future loan needs. Having someone you can faithfully trust every step of the way is priceless, and that is exactly what I found with Brandi and her team. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did to help me make it to the finish line. Highly recommend!
