Raza did a very good job he helps me alot if it wasn't for him I would say to h*** with it so thanks alot to you but for summer I don't know if that's a human or a machine that's the worst thing ever she has no communication skills at all and for that as long as she has to take part in my loan processing I would not use do it again or till any one to do so.

Actually, GOOD ... but this wasn't a choice on the survey. John O'Brien was great, but the processing part of this process left a good deal to be desired. Not only did I upload documents to the NAF vault that couldn't be accessed by the closing team members, but I had to send some documents multiple times because they couldn't access them. Further, my closing was delayed (and almost postponed) because the primary professional took a day off immediately before but, apparently, no one(s) picked up the slack sufficiently until some strident calls were made the night before. Prior to this, the process was an 8.5-9, but after, a 7.5-8. I mean, potentially having to postpone the closing after I had been so diligent in sending so many supporting documents was a real slap in the face/negative development that left a sour taste in an otherwise sweet process. This being said, I think that John Ray also did a good job ... but it's clear that NAF's processes can be tightened up to improve its efficiency and Client Experience. Glad to be associated with NAF, but that last-minute drama was as disheartening as it was unnecessary. Will be happy to refer folks to JO'B, but will also warn them about staying on top of the process once sales cedes the lead to the final loan application processing/closing component....
