He was great from the start very friendly and he was well prepared. I lol am not the most skilled guy with technology of phones or computers. Jay walked me through every step of the way. Not one time did I feel frustrated or stupid. Jay is a guy who definitely deserves to be a highly valued employee. He should be a guy who you are striving to get more people like him. I also worked with Sarah she was awesome a well. I am so excited to have People like that in my morage company. thank you
