9 weeks to get refinance done. Got help up by some ridiculous things, like the fact that I registered a non-business domain name which expired 5 years ago. Communication was mediocre. You were always nice when I called, but could have kept me in the loop better after we hit the 4-5 week mark.

Natalie is great at what she does. However, we felt that we were left in the dark most of the times and did not receive clear instructions or communications from her during the process. That said, she did return calls and responded to text messages relatively quickly. I'm likely to recommend Natalie to friends and family with a disclaimer that she may not have the best client support but she gets the job done.

Everything was great a first but when we got to closing I didn’t fund on my disbursement date and the payoff amounts were incorrect even though I provided updated statements that showed the correct amounts. I then had to go to the creditors and try to explain to them that I want to pay my debts but the checks I had to pay them with were more than the debts. Other than that , the people I worked with were as nice as could be and I liked working with them.

This was my first mortgage. An improvement for the communication will make it even better. He may solve several issues on his side but sharing will make the client more confident on the way and even possible to make any adjustment if needed. Also sticking on initial numbers or specifically informing if any big increases on the cost or monthly payments should be better. Thank you,

I made over 4 requests to multiple people for a copy of my credit report that was ran on me. Per the Fair Credit Reporting Act I am legally authorized to receive a copy. All requests went unanswered from multiple individuals form this company. I will most likely be filing a complaint. All other service and communication was good. Although I was told a representative would be present at my home closing and no one was there so the title agent had to go through all their paperwork.

Agni Garcia, was helpful attentive and very kind. This rating is based off underwriting for the lack of communication during the final process, which made us the buyer very uneasy, stressed and worried that all our work and time could possibly be for nothing. It worked out, thank goodness but the stress of buying your first home is enough. Other than the bump in the road at closing everything was pleasant. I appreciate the hard work that went into closing for us.
