The organization and ease of logging in to e-sign materials. Olivia worked long hours and always answered our questions/concerns right away. Closing day was easy, on time, and very organized. THANK YOU! One thing that would be helpful... There are several people that are involved in the whole process. If it at all possible, it would be nice to get a list of people that will be asking for info, so the borrower knows that they are legit and that we can pass on personal information.
