We are elderly and Ron came to our home so we did not have to drive. We had some title issues and Ron some how fixed them. Not sure what we would have done with out Ron's help. He gets 5 stars on all catagories

Had to meet with the notary 3 times to sign paperwork due to not all the paperwork being together the first time and I never got a good understanding of where the disconnect was.

Mostly it was not William Nava's fault. The fault lies with the policies of new American. Not asking for all the info first. Having underwriting asking for the same information given before. Having to have a useless appraisal. Asking for more information as the process went on, e.g. asking for a partial bank statement for what purpose--that the past ones, even current, were hiding something? Locking in a rate then taking too long so that the rate expires (but Nava helped here).

This is my first experience with the loan/refi process. I would have preferred more communication and a step by step process. We obviously did not communicate because I lost out on a lower fixed rate, and no fees and points promotion, when Michael had thought I did not want to go through with the loan.
