Alex made us feel like family from the moment we came in to the offices. Alex kept in constant contact with me and maintained an AMAZING communication chain with me throughout the whole process. I feel like we didn't have to do hardly anything. Then the closing process...we had all 5 kids with us and it didn't even seem to both anybody. Directing us to the Fannie Mae Family Opportunities Loan was the best thing that I think Mr. Carriker provided for us. No other banker or loan provider was even aware of this program and it seemed to be custom made for our situation, giving us many benefits that we would not have otherwise been able to realize. That along with directing us through the processes made this a simple non-eventful loan, other than the typical required hoops that you just can't get around no matter where you go.
