The communication since the beginning with Steven was amazing, he always kept me posted about what was going on, and if something was required from me, we kept things up to date the whole time, the problem came the day before closing and the same day of closing, when a miscommunication in the company happened, and my docs got stuck all day, because the UW was not at the office that day and nobody knew about it, and no one else was able to process my docs, that was my only bad experience.
