The underwriting phase was extremely long and complicated. I had to submit the same documents to the processor several times. Jim Nelson was the one who saved the day. He was always extremely responsive and ready to help.

Grace Johnson, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, easy to contact! She made the financing aspect understandable as a first time home buyer. I asked her many questions, but she was patient with me. Things got a little shakey at closing and there was an issue about a credit I didn't receive, but we got the house closed in the end. But overall I was blessed to have her on my side. Thank you.

Even though some things were hard to understand over the phone secondary to COVID and being unable to meet, she did a great job with her patience and explaining things to us to make things as understandable as possible.
