Moni Amasio was very pro-active and responsive. He made sure I got the deal we initially talked about and clearly explained anything didn't understand. He responded to my emails and phone calls on time. If he was busy, he would make sure to at least acknowledge my emails or phone calls. He was also very polite and very patient with all my questions.
