Speed of service was very good, Communications funding the loan became very stressful when I had planned and possibly did not close when I was told by all. If there is a problem, you need to communicate with the lender, it is much worst when nobody tells you and you have to call to make things happen. That should not happen. Thanks Joe for the loan.

My only gripes: hard to get information about all the closing costs (always confusing), sometimes asked to re-send information (Becky), didn't always get 24-hour response (Becky) but sometimes asked to provide info on just 24 hour notice (Becky). My compliments: Joe made himself available to get things done and was available via phone during closing to answer my questions, which was greatly appreciated. All in all, Joe does a great job.
