I loved the enthusiasm and communication from the onset. During the middle, I felt a void. My suggestion would be to share more of detail to where clients are in the process, the email with where you are in the process was only sent to me at phase 2 and and phase 4, then there were still items that i was asked for. This may the be nature of beast..... Last thing, is I believe that you should explain to people up front that even with improved credit, UNTIL you have a home under contract the interest rate my change. Overall a good experience. Jeff Glick's enthusiasm is what I appreciated most. The others were nice, but seemingly not nearly engaged.

While the rate was locked in, other numbers of the closing costs seemed to change often and I had to hunt them down myself in the many documents. I would have liked more communication in this area.

I heard limitedly from Jane. Karen and the team were a great help . Is it possible for me to fill one out for her. This is my first time doing this so I’m sure they are a team. If this is a team grade I would give overall 5s across the board . Once I had a clear contact person everything moved right along smoothly . If I need to fill this out again to accurately give the team an overall 5s I can. if this is Team effort I was satisfied with it overall. Karen was great and responsive and made sure I knew everything I needed to know every step of the way. Brooke made sure I had every document that was needed. They were very patient with me and always answered every question I had. I do believe I saw in one of the emails this was team schatz, if this is the case and tasks were delighted then I will happily fill it out over again if this counts toward something. If not and this was a team experience and who talked to me and answered questions were supposed then this can be used to replace the questions that received neutral scores and to them to give . I cant thank Karen and Brooke enough.

My file was difficult due to sources of income. It took 3 months to get it to closing. Our LO had taken over from another LO who had left the company. I feel like communication between all the parties could have been better. Glad it got done though
