Alyssa was very informative and was able to talk us through the entire process in a way we could understand. She also did wonderful work finding us resources to qualify for a conventional mortgage. Originally it was very easy t o get in touch with Alyssa but after choosing to go with NAF for our mortgage the communication became much worse. It was very difficult to get into contact with her and she took a long time to respond to our emails in messages. Additionally we were told by our realator that it was difficult to get in touch with her. This ooor communication led to a lot of confusion among all parties regarding our closing. The communication made us question our choice of NAF as we had other companies with better response time but felt like Alyssa was much more informed about the entire process. If the communication would have been better we would have been completely satisfied with choosing NAF.

Being told up front the possibilities of extreme problems that might arise. Having some kind of warning and not letting two months October and November) go by where I honestly thought things were being handled only to find out middle December that I HAD TO DO THE HEAVY LIFTING for loan to finally go thru! in the beginning and at the end, Russell was interested in what was going on and did provide help with notary friend and Mika and I did thank him. overall experience was not good for me or my health

more 'check-in' types of communications from Bryan giving the status if of the loan application . Also- Bryan was hard to get ahold of during the last week when things were getting stressful. I did not feel like our loan was his priority- and maybe it wasn't
