First, to clarify it was Tonya we loved working with Tonya last year when we first purchased our home and she guided us through the process. This time was frustrating and misleading. We were told initially by Hass Mouzahem we would not have closing costs. So, we were surprised when the notary requested $1,165 for closing costs. NOT A GOOD SURPRISE. You need to let your clients know what $dollar amount is needed to be prepared and not shocked. A check list including the $$ needed for closing

Not sure who's fault is was, but it really does not matter. Was promised something that the company was unable to deliver.

Mark Gardner was great. Answered all my questions and helped along the way. On the other hand the team working with him took ages to get all the correct documents. It took over 40 days to close on a house, and I had to extend 2 times on my home to final get in. There is also a charge on the closing documents I am trying to get fixed and I have yet to hear anything back. Mark told me he spoke to the VP and it was a approved to be taken off but has not. I HAD TO CLOSE ON MY HOUSE WITH THIS CHARGE!

There was not much communication from the entire lending team during the process. When we got to the end of the process to prepare for closing it seemed that between 3 different people nobody had all the information they needed to share where we were at. Two termite inspections were sent and the added twice on the closing statement which was corrected but wasted time. The good: Mike was awesome to work with. He was highly responsive via phone, email, & text. He helped us close the deal outside of normal business hours. Thanks to Mike, we beat the next buyer to the table with an offer by two hours. The bad: The senior staff supporting Mike left a lot to be desired. They were unresponsive to calls & emails. They asked for the same information three different times. When we sent questions, we rarely received responses. When we did, it was days later.
