Susan Lanczak seemed unorganized. I had concerns about escrowing the homeowners insurance and taxes. She did not respond to me in a timely manner and drafts were withdrawn from my checking account, which delayed my ability to get my appraisal due to lack of funds on my part. Then after all the paperwork was signed for the loan I received an email telling me I needed the original death certificate for my husband in order for funding to be done. There was no mention of needing an original death certificate at any point before this notification. Fortunately, I had an original death certificate and was able to federal express it to the title company so funding could occur on the day promised. I wonder what would’ve happened had I not had the original death certificate? This does not reflect on Jason at all, he was super throughout the whole process.
