We were a little disappointed with the communication on a couple of occasions and felt like other priorities were higher than ourselves during certain portions of the process.

Overall, it was handled well. Unfortunately, there were some early in "lies", with an attempt to make a larger loan. With those, and the fact that they were "pressed for time" decisions, makes it somewhat unsatisfactory. There were details discussed, that were later abated or otherwise ignored, and again pressed for time for response, with essentially threats that if the response was not made that day, the loan would be cancelled. This came from Mobin, via his "supervisor". When the loan was later approved for a lower amount, as had been requested, it was obvious that the minimum $80k was not valid. Currently, working on getting a 3rd party access form apporved. This has been submitted 4 times as of this morning, all thus far declined. Again, makes this less than agreeable. Overall, the process was not difficult. Just the fact that early on matters discussed, went moot, and were threatened with loan drop if not resolved that day, and the early on matters seemingly forced to agree upon to continue, were later proved to be false, makes it a negative experience.

Better communication and efficiency. we had a long closing date and yet we felt like we were struggling to get things done the week before closing, which made this process a lot more stressful than it needed to be.

Just many payment payoffs not met and closing estimate was dramatically different at closing than that of pre closing. The fact I had to mail off my own payments to creditors and it took 6 months instead of 30 days .

It's not that my experience was not memorable or even unpleasant, my initial contact, Gilbert did all the leg work - at least that is what it seemed like. Once everything went through, all these other people started to come into the picture. I under the levels of Senior loan officer, vs customer service and even other "hired guns" who help you meet criteria and quota - but with a process like this? Dealing with financial ruin / financial improvement? and folks who are very stressed? Relationships are important, and we, as customers want to know that someone who helped us with the process in the beginning are "handing us" to someone else who cares. Chase, is probably amazing at his job, but I was even confused towards the end, because I had heard nothing, was just asked to sign a bunch of paperwork - and all communication was business-like with no empathy, emotion or "care." NAF has given me a fresh start, and I am super thankful for that - I truly am, I would recommend any of my friends, who have debt or equity, or homes to consider working with you all, but I would definitely revisit your company and corporate model - because it feels cold at times, and I was even worried at one point, that I was being scammed - which I know you all want to avoid. Thank you again for this new lease on my finances - and continue to do great work.
