Kim did an amazing job with the from start to finish with the timing of the closing process.Unbelievable 3 weeks to get it all done.I do believe the lack of communication stemmed from the numerous closing she occurred at the end of the year.I believe Kim to be a good person with knowledge of her job and would recommend her to home buyers.Thank you for the help with my first purchase.

The experience was stressful in and of itself. However, i feel as though their was a lack of communication between all parties. I was repeatedly asked to provide the same documentation, while simultaneously being told that everyone at New American Funding was working together. Punctuality also seemed to be an issue. I would provide any and all documents within 24-36 hrs of their request, however, at critical moments their were large lapses in time where I could not contact anyone.

Overall, it was a good experience- my clients were ultimately able to close on their new home. During the process there were periods of breakdown in communication, however that did improve.

The underwriting process was unbearable. I was left in the dark for most of the time. It took 3 months to close, chiefly due to underwriting's sluggish processing and refusal to give updates. I had some issues to fix during the process, but it should not create another 3 week delay for each issue. Randall, however, handled my account patiently and diligently. He was professional and courteous the whole way through. There wasn't much he could do about the sluggish processing times.

Once I had agreed to move forward with the loan, response time increased dramatically. I had to follow up several days after an inquiry to ask if there was someone else who could assist me. The initial process was good but I felt like once your company “had” me, the service decreased. It was not a totally negative experience, I would call it average.
