All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure that I understood everything regarding my loan process. Every time I called I was greeted cordially and everyone was super friendly. My loan process wasn't an easy one because there were so many puzzle pieces, but my loan team worked very hard make sure everything went well.
