It just felt very frustration towards the end on miscommunication towards the end of closing and calls that we had to initiate, based on a big hiccup, that should've been the other way around. But Kim did help workaround those big hiccups, helped answer my questions, very patience, and guided us to the finish line. She had great customer service and would work with ONLY her again.

Fast and speedy service with great communication once my property was under contract, however it would have been good to have better follow through between pre-qual and securing a home. I sent several emails and the responses were received several days to weeks after. My prequel also expired and I honestly had no idea until I engaged to ask a question. Despite the lag times, it was a good experience overalll when responses were received.

I understand there being legal issues with the private road we had but after having refinanced numerous times previously with minimal issues and having it take over 3 months and cost double the closing costs than we expected it was a pretty stressful process and not one I’d care to repeat. Carlos was wonderful to work with, but I was not aware the rate lock would have to be paid for every couple weeks and then the last one was insanely high and I never could get an answer on why that was.

I was very disappointed that the Title company was late and made so many mistakes. I didn’t think it was fair that they added so many costs onto the 2nd batch of papers I had to sign. I felt like they messed up but I ended up paying a lot more money for their mistakes. A lot of title fees were added on to the 2nd batch of paperwork and it wasn’t explained to me at all. Beau was great and I appreciated that he helped me figure all of this out and made it work. It was just at the very end that I was disappointed with the Title company. They were very unorganized and made so many mistakes.

I realize that my situation was a bit more complex and required a lot of documentation, it just seemed that the multiple requests for previously provided items was not appropriate- perhaps this is to be expected

More communication on what is actually going on, updates on why things are taking longer, what to expect. Dave was good and so was Viri. It wasn’t really their fault, but I was disappointed in the amount of time it took to complete the process.
