My experience was great until I noticed that one of the payoffs associated with my refinance has not been paid as of today. It was/should have/was scheduled for 10-06-2020. I called Newamerican and they seem to be lost. They only recognize the new loan number which is XXXXXXXXXX. The payoff should have happened under the old loan number XXXXXXXXXXXX. I am looking for the $6,768.05 that should have been paid off for JPMCB Auto Finance Payoff of Installment. Need you assistance in locating it

Scott is great and knowledgeable. It felt like as soon as things were finalized I didn’t get responses anymore to my emails from the team. I was also not informed that the loan didn’t go through as expected due to the fires and spent that Friday wondering what was going on, checking my bank account through the day. It would’ve been good to have a heads up on the delay. Overall though, mission accomplished.

I wish that there would have been more communication between us. We felt lost through the home buying process and if it weren't for us being represented by a realtor, we would of never been kept in the loop as much as we wanted to be. We did get to buy our home, so that end was just fine, but the communication and time seem to lack.
