Linda was terrific throughout—knowledgeable and understanding of our not atypical situation of very strong assets and investment income and demonstrated long history of responsible first/second home ownership, but with variable earned income stemming from one retired spouse and one a small professional business practitioner. While Linda understood that completely and worked with us accordingly, it often seemed that D&K as a whole had in place policies that complicated unduly what should have been an easy process—but wasn’t.
