Communication at the beginning was great, at the end I was very unhappy with Mat. last 4-6 weeks numbers changed often, was it legit? maybe, but communication sucked!

I regret that the choices are so limited. The service was not great, but much better than "just ok". Don't know if it was the type of transaction, the distance from the property to you or something else. It seemed that a lot more information was requested than what I usually see. She was communicative, responsive, and very patient with a difficult transaction. The only reason I would not refer her for my next transaction is that I have two local lenders that receive all my business. Melanie ensured the time difference would not impact us, and she did a great job managing that, but I still prefer local.

I think everything was pretty good, the setback was due to the time difference it slowed down the closing. Also the money took a while to fund,I didn't care for that,but Skipton was very proffesional and a decent communicator
