I know you've probably been overwhelmed with business, which no doubt contributed to the very slow response on much of my paperwork. Things that were taken care of in short order in the past seemed to drag on for days or even a week or more.

Terri is amazing. Once I got further into the loan process and began working with Cindy, my anxiety skyrocketed. Cindy ran into issues with getting my proof of insurance, and instead of talking with me to get it resolved, waited until the last minute to say anything, and suggested I find a different insurance company. ?? Once I learned what the issue was, it only took me 15 minutes on the phone to do what I feel was Cindy's job and get it sent to her.

This has been our second re-fi in 2 years so I am going to compare this experience with the previous. Transition from officer to processor was not smooth. My previous experience was seamless in service and communication. Felt officer and processor were not on the same page at times. The process felt rushed with moments of pressure placed on me to get documents submitted. All this even though I was a simple and easy case w/ very good rating and quick submittal on documents.
