All went well until the end of the actual closing. Some glitch that delayed the disbursement of funds to the closing attorney. Awkward for the Buyer and Seller to have to make small talk for over 30 minutes.

Interest rate was better. Closing cost was supposed to be lot less than other bank I was looking at ( about same closing cost) didn’t even get to see closing cost til signing by then to late to question anything or it would delay closing.told we would talk about buying point to lower rates even more (didn’t happen) those are my biggest issues besides that every thing went smoothly
