Chris said he would call me about various things on multiple occasions and never called so I had to call him. He was very pleasant when I spoke with him but I also didn’t always feel like he was completely present with me when we spoke over the phone. I sensed some impatience when I had questions about things sometimes, as well. I think it’s important to remember that though he does this every day, customers only do this a few times in their lifetime and we are not as familiar with the process.

Jonathan was good, I wish he would have communicated more . I t seems to me there are too many different people involved in a transaction. I never had any Mortgage Co. requested copy of an am.endment before funding. I think you need to striemline the process to be more efficient.

Seemed to be lack of communication between loan processor and Kelly which caused delays. Not sure where break down occurred but this made overall experience not good

Monthly escrowed taxes were short by $80 per month from the initial disclosure to the final disclosure resulting in a significantly higher monthly payment. Won't go as far as claiming a bait and switch but the significant discrepancy was disappointing.

Better communication as the transaction was progressing through financing from all parties involved in that end of it. With some of it being handled by an office out in California, the timing was not good on some aspects due to the time difference.

There were issues with the preapproval process that I was not informed of until I finally reached out and asked what was causing the delay. More prompt communication would have allowed me to correct those issues, and probably could have saved a lot of time on my preapproval.

The lending company had some unrealistic expectations. It took me over 2 months to close on the loan. My first closing was scheduled, I sat in the parking lot for approximately 4 hours waiting for an appointment with the lending company still telling us to wait that the paperwork was on it’s way. It ended up being postponed another 3 weeks. When I expressed to Melvin that I would take my business elsewhere, he responded by telling me I had the right to leave at any time.
