Conflicting information several times from Matthew vs processor. Said they didn't need certain info and then they did. Compared to previous mortgage and refinancing experiences, this one was rather vexing at times. Too often felt like "the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing." Matthew, et al were pleasant enough to deal with but entire process was overly annoying at times.

Ashley was very kind. Would have received 5 stars but our closing was rescheduled 3 times. This was mostly not her fault, but I do feel that had she paid more attention to detail and kept up with the process, she could have caught the errors rather than me having to find them. I was very disappointed at the very end she had forgotten that we were already clients of NAF.

The amount of time it took for us to get this loan was absurd. We weren't being kept up to speed on what was taking so long, and it ended up causing us to have to provide additional documents because of the slippage. If you tell a customer a date, stick to the date.

It was a very stressful process for my family & myself. All those involved did their best to resolve the situation, but my file had numerous moving parts that caused it to be extremely difficult.

The information we were provided was not always timely and accurate. The initial loan application information that we requested to be changed, specifically removal of the escrow account. Kalee told us not to worry about it, and that it would be taken care of later. Several weeks later we received a Closing Document that still contained the escrow account. When we requested to have it removed, we were informed that the loan fees would be higher. Why didn't Kalee tell us this weeks earlier?

the person we had dealt with at the end did not get the job done on time. Found out an hour before closing, we didn't have clear to close. Had mortgage commitment for over a week and she had told us that she asked buyers to move costing an extra week out, which was done at signing of contract when date was changed a week out with initials. Also, to hang up on my buyer's after not getting them to the closing table with zero communication, is astounding. Very unprofessional.
