Todd was phenomenal. The abundance of communication from entities I had never heard of was extremely concerning which I’ve outlined in an email to the individuals involved. Things vastly improved after I requested one point of contact. The company really needs to evaluate their processes and send inquiries internally to one client facing point of contact. You’re exposing your clients to significant security risks. It’s very easy in today’s digital world for someone to pose as a NAF employee and gain all of your clients personal information. I can’t recommend NAF specifically for that reason, however that’s where Todd is and I would recommend him a million times over. He is the saving grace for us. NAF is extremely lucky to have him.

Charity and her crew were amazing, any disappointment lays with me for not asking the right questions at the right time. We should have researched and asked if the full amount of cash made available to us to pay off all the creditors - save Citibank, so we could have put the money in our checking account, waited the 3 days, then paid off every bill within 1 hour instead of watching new monthly deductions happen daily from these accounts while waiting / wondering if the check got to the creditor and why is it taking this much time, and has so far cost ~ $2000.00 in extra & unplanned payments. Again, this is on us, not Charity. We will need to do another refi in the future when credit scores are up and interest rates are down and we will need to add funds to pay off the Marriott time share. Hopefully the lower rates will help cover the extra funds needed. We look forward toworking with Charity again.
